Complaints Procedure

In any case of dispute/issue please follow the procedure below.

Employers

Where the employer has an issue an email must be sent to Linda Gardiner Training Manager on linda@ycob.co.uk informing of the matter to be resolved. The YCB will investigate immediately ensuring a response within 7 days. If the employer is dissatisfied with processing of, or response received they have the right to escalate the complaint to the funding body EFSA helpline 0800 015 0400 or email nationalhelpdesk@apprenticeship.gov.uk.

Apprentice

Where the apprentice has an issue an email must be sent to Rebecca O Farrell Training Director rebecca@ycob.co.uk informing of the matter to be resolved. The YCB will investigate immediately ensuring a response within 7 days. If the Apprentice is dissatisfied with the processing of, or response received they have the right to escalate the complaint to the funding body EFSA helpline 0800 015 0400 or email nationalhelpdesk@apprenticeship.gov.uk
