Student Support

At E.L.M Academy, we don’t believe in huge, anonymous classes. Instead, we favour plenty of individual attention and offer one-to-one support to help you grow and flourish during your time with us. We are proud that our teachers have received high praise for the quality of their teaching in our recent quality assurance visits.

We're here to help every student succeed

Regular tutor support

Every student has access to a range of support to maximise the outcomes of their time learning with us.

At some point they will be looking for a general chat to make sure they are on track or they may be facing a difficulty that they need help with. Here, their first port of call is their Personal Tutor who is the key ‘go to’ person. Students are assigned their tutor during their induction and will work closely with them throughout the course.

Student Services

For all students, your first point of contact for any Student Services related queries and issues is your dedicated tutor. They will be able to answer the majority of your questions directly and if not, they can signpost you to colleagues within the Academy who can give you the information you seek.

Alternatively, you can use the contact information provided at the bottom of this page to seek quick and confidential student support.
