The Academy will only refund tuition fees and associated charges in exceptional cases.
The full fee for a course is payable even if the learner decides not to complete the course.
Your statutory right under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000, allow a 7 day cooling off period for those enrolments completed on line only.
The right to cancel starts the date of registration and ends 7 working days after.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted in writing, preferably by email to info@elm-academy.co.uk. Telephone cancellations are not acceptable.
After the cooling off period the following refund policy applies.
The Academy will process the refund of fees, when a course does not run, or closes as a result of a decision by the Academy. The Academy will not grant refunds under any other circumstances.
Please ensue that you retain your payment receipt.
If a payment is made by credit/debit card then the refund will be made directly back to the same credit/debit card.

– E.L.M Academy will process a full or partial refund of fees when a course does not run as a result of a decision made by E.L.M Academy.
– If a student withdraws from a course before the first class takes place, a full refund of all fees will be given.
– If a student is actively attending classes and the academy closes permanently as a result of a decision by the Academy, a partial refund of fees will be granted. The refund will be calculated on various factors such as remaining time left on the course and costs incurred (i.e. registration costs, exams, etc.).
– If the wrong fee has been charged for a course by E.L.M Academy, the excess will be fully refunded.
E.L.M Academy will not grant refunds under any other circumstances.
